Standard shipping with B-Post takes 2 to 3 business days, express with A-Post Plus takes 1 to 2 business days. Orders placed on business days before 12:00 usually leave our warehouse the same day.
We offer free shipping within Switzerland for orders from CHF 80. Below that, we charge a flat shipping fee, which is clearly displayed during checkout.

Yes. Each batch is tested by independent laboratories for lead, cadmium, mercury, arsenic, microbial contamination and declared active ingredient content. Structured reports for each batch will be published at /en/pages/lab throughout Q3 2026. Until then, we'll send the report for your batch on request.

Powders and capsules are typically usable for 6 to 12 months after opening when stored cool and dry. The best-before date on the packaging refers to the unopened product. Keep powders dry. Never put a damp measuring spoon in the container.
We consistently avoid aspartame, sucralose and acesulfame-K. Where sweetening is appropriate, we use stevia and erythritol. Plant-based, heat-stable and without the bitter aftertaste of synthetic sweeteners.
