Voluntary Right of Return
Swiss law does not provide for a statutory right of withdrawal in the strict sense in distance selling. we.fit AG nevertheless voluntarily grants customers a 14-day return right from receipt of goods.
Conditions for Return
For a refund claim to exist, the following conditions must be met:
The goods were ordered in the we.fit AG online shop.
The return is initiated within 14 calendar days of receipt of the shipment.
The goods are in their original, unopened condition with intact sealing.
For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, opened or damaged food supplements are excluded from return.
Process
Write us a short message via the contact form with your order number and reason for return.
You will receive a reply within one working day with the return address and, if applicable, a return label.
Send the goods carefully packaged and with sufficient postage to the provided address.
After receipt inspection, we will refund the purchase price within seven working days to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Unless the delivered goods were damaged, faulty, or there was a shipping error on our part. In these cases, we bear all shipping costs.

Excluded from the right of return
Already opened or partially used food and food supplement packaging
Bespoke items and individually assembled packages
Products with an expiry date of less than three months at the time of return receipt
