We dispatch from our warehouse in Switzerland using Swiss Post. Standard Post in 2 to 3 working days, Express Post in 1 to 2. Free shipping from CHF 80. 14-day voluntary return period.
We deliver throughout Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Deliveries outside this area are only possible by prior arrangement. If you have questions about shipping abroad, please contact us before placing your order via the contact form.

Orders received on working days before 12:00 are generally processed and handed to the post office on the same day. During unusually high volumes or around public holidays, delivery times may be slightly extended.

Once your order leaves for dispatch, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with the Swiss Post tracking number. You can check the status at post.ch.
We package as compactly as possible and as robustly as necessary. Most shipments leave our warehouse in recyclable cardboard without unnecessary packaging material. For fragile items (glass), we use cushioning made from recycled paper.
You have a 14-day voluntary return period from receipt of your order. You can find detailed terms on the Returns Policy page.
Summary
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via the contact form. A photo of the damage helps us resolve the matter more quickly. We'll promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
