How to take it.
VERZEHREMPFEHLUNG:
Pro Portion 80 g Pulver (= 2 leicht gehäufte Messlöffel) in einen Mixbecher mit 500 ml kaltem Wasser geben und schütteln. 1 Portion nach einer Trainingseinheit einnehmen.
