What Sets Our Essential Amino Acids Apart?
Be impressed by our new EAA⁺ Blend!
We have worked hard to offer you a premium product that truly delivers on its promises.
We have optimised and revised extensively – from now on the new EAA blend, EAA⁺, is available from us.
What's New:
- Completely new amino acid composition
- Now with Arginine and Histidine – 10 amino acids instead of 8
- No additional Vitamin B6
- No more Sucralose – pleasantly sweetened with Stevia only
- With Sunflower Lecithin for perfect solubility
The core question is: What characterises high-quality proteins?
The answer to this question is that a high proportion of essential amino acids currently determines the quality of a food protein.
For the composition of our new EAA powder, we therefore used the highest quality food proteins as a model to obtain an ideal EAA blend for humans.
Because whilst many EAA blends are composed on the basis of theoretical considerations, we wanted to be guided by nature and therefore by high-quality food proteins that humans consume regularly.
Which amino acids are truly essential is constantly debated in science.
Histidine was considered a semi-essential amino acid until a few years ago, but is now counted amongst the essential amino acids.
Reason enough for us to add Histidine to our new blend.
In addition, Arginine repeatedly shows essential character in studies – which is also why we have added this important amino acid to our product.
Our New EAA⁺ Powder – These are the 10 Amino Acids!
In total, our new EAA⁺ is made up of ten amino acids.
The Functions of Essential Amino Acids:
Leucine, Isoleucine, Valine
These amino acids are components of muscle proteins (actin, myosin, troponin and tropomyosin), which is why they enjoy special popularity as a supplement, particularly in strength sport circles.
Lysine
Lysine is extremely important for the formation of collagen proteins, i.e. connective tissue, as it is found there in high concentration in the form of "Hydroxylysine".
Methionine
This amino acid serves the body as the starting material for the most important methyl donor in the body, so-called S-Adenosylmethionine.
With the help of this substance, the body can "methylate" genes, that is, switch genes on or off. Methionine thus indirectly serves as a regulator of gene expression.
Phenylalanine
Phenylalanine is the starting material for the synthesis of neurotransmitters called catecholamines, better known as Dopamine, Noradrenaline and Adrenaline.
Threonine
Threonine serves the body primarily as the starting material for the synthesis of immune system proteins, specifically the mucus (mucin) of the mucous membranes.
Tryptophan
From Tryptophan, the body makes the neurotransmitters Serotonin ("happiness hormone") and Melatonin ("sleep hormone").
Histidine
Histidine binds metals well and is therefore a component of e.g. Haemoglobin, the iron-containing blood pigment that can bind oxygen thanks to iron.
Arginine
The description of the effect of Arginine via nitric oxide earned the Nobel Prize in Medicine in 1998.
Arginine is the starting material for the formation of nitric oxide, which regulates vascular function.
Additionally, Arginine plays an important role in ammonia detoxification (urea cycle), in the immune system and in protein synthesis.
Buy Amino Acids Powder: Which Preparation is Best?
If you want to buy a high-quality amino acids powder, our EAA⁺ Powder is the best choice.
Here are the key unique selling points that make our product special:
-
Natural Sweetening with Stevia: Unlike many other products, we do not use controversial sweeteners such as Sucralose, Aspartame, Acesulfame K or Saccharin.
-
Optimised Amino Acid Composition: Our blend now contains ten instead of eight essential amino acids, including Arginine and Histidine.
This expansion makes our product even more effective for your health goals.
-
High Solubility thanks to Sunflower Lecithin: Our powder dissolves excellently in liquid, making application easier and improving the absorption of nutrients in the body.
-
No Unnecessary Additives: We deliberately forgo unnecessary additions and in our nutritional supplements you will find only what is truly needed.
- Natural Inspiration: Our formula is guided by the highest quality natural food proteins, to create an ideal EAA blend that meets the needs of the human body.
With these unique selling points, our EAA⁺ Powder offers you optimal support for your training at every session.
What is the Difference between BCAA and EAA?
BCAA are Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine. These three are also essential amino acids themselves.
Therefore, a BCAA product supplies only these 3 amino acids, whilst an EAA product contains all BCAAs plus additional essential amino acids
BCAA (branched-chain amino acids) consist of three essential amino acids: Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine. These three amino acids play an important role in muscle building and energy supply during training.
EAA (essential amino acids), on the other hand, comprise ten amino acids that the body cannot produce itself.
An EAA powder therefore contains the BCAAs plus additional essential amino acids such as Lysine, Methionine and Threonine.
The main advantage of EAA powder or EAA Capsules over BCAA products lies in the more comprehensive supply of all essential amino acids that are important for numerous body functions.
Whilst BCAAs are primarily relevant for muscle protein synthesis and energy during training, EAAs provide additional support for immune function, neurotransmitter synthesis and general recovery. Therefore, an EAA powder is ideal to ensure more comprehensive nutrient supply and promote athletic performance holistically.
