Who is the Women's Multi Plus suitable for?
The Women's Multi Plus is designed as comprehensive nutritional support for women of all ages. Based on our classic "The Multi", the Women's Multi Plus contains all important Vitamins and Minerals – as always, sensibly and safely dosed. However, the fruity-fresh drink has much more to offer beyond basic provision. It is suitable for women who want to cover a variety of nutrients with one product. Menopausal women in particular benefit from our Women's Multi Plus due to its bone-strengthening formulation.

Nutrients for strong bones: A full 800 mg of Calcium per portion already covers 80% of the daily requirement for Calcium. Calcium is particularly important for building and maintaining healthy bone density, which often decreases dramatically in women after menopause. Together with Vitamin D, Calcium can even reduce the frequency of bone fractures in older women according to studies (Q). In addition to an extra dose of Vitamin D, other bone-supporting substances such as Magnesium, Manganese, Vitamin K2, Zinc, Boron and Silicon as well as Collagen are also included.

What can or should I combine the Women's Multi Plus with? Is there anything special to note when taking it?
You can generally combine the Women's Multi Plus with all our other edubily women products. It can serve as a foundation that you can then expand with products such as PCOS Support or Meno Balance to suit your individual needs.
We recommend taking it in the first half of the day, as ingredients such as Vitamin D and B-Vitamins can have an activating effect on some people.

How to take it.
VERZEHREMPFEHLUNG:
Pro Portion 12 g Pulver (= 3 gestrichene Messlöffel) in ein Glas mit 350 ml Wasser geben und einrühren, alternativ auch in einen Mixbecher geben und schütteln. 1 Portion täglich trinken.
Es empfiehlt sich die Einnahme zu einer Mahlzeit.

Dieses Produkt ist kein Ersatz für eine ausgewogene und abwechslungsreiche Ernährung sowie eine gesunde Lebensweise. Personen, die ge-rinnungshemmende Medikamente einnehmen, sollten vor Einnahme von Vitamin-K-haltigen NEM ärztlichen Rat einholen. Vitamin-A-haltige NEM in der Schwangerschaft nur nach ärztlicher Rücksprache einnehmen.
